We’re searching for two new Co-Presidents to guide our community

After four rewarding years, it’s time to pass the TRC Presidency baton. The Reel Champions is now seeking two dedicated, passionate, and hardworking women or non-binary leaders to step into the role of Co-Presidents. This is an unpaid, volunteer position based in Los Angeles.

Job Description

As Co-Presidents, you will guide the executive board by leading weekly meetings and supporting all facets of the community, including Mentorship, Programming, Impact & Growth, and Digital Strategy. You’ll oversee collaboration with partner organizations, manage the biweekly newsletter, update the website, monitor the group email account, and make decisions about fund distribution. This is a minimum two-year commitment and an opportunity to gain valuable leadership experience while shaping the future of The Reel Champions.

Step up as the next leader of our Executive Diversity Mentorship Program

The Next Gen: Executive Diversity Mentorship Program is looking for a passionate and dedicated Head of Mentorship to lead this impactful initiative. This volunteer role offers the chance to directly support the development of a diverse pipeline of future executives in the entertainment industry.

Job Description


As Head of Mentorship, you’ll oversee the year-round program, which runs each April through the following March. Your leadership will be especially vital at the start of each calendar year as classes transition. You’ll be responsible for recruiting, matching, and supporting up to 50 mentors and mentees, ensuring participants have meaningful and supported experiences.

Responsibilities include program oversight, strategic event planning, relationship management, and continuous evaluation of program impact. This role is focused on the executive/corporate side of the industry (scripted and unscripted), not creative positions such as directors, writers, or actors. A strong network of industry executives and producers is essential.

  • Resourceful, connected, and experienced in program management
